If you click on start do you not see a little icon in the start up menu.

If you do not see one then you can go to start then programs and then look for the icon that says samsung mobile navigator.

If you do not find this icon then we would advise that you uninstall the application and then reinstall it. To do this please follow the steps below:

1. Click on Start then Settings and go to System. Go to Remove Programs, select the Garmin Mobile XT icon and click on Remove
2. Click on Start > Programs > File Explorer and then select My Device. In My Device you will see a Garmin folder. Click and hold on the folder till a small block appears that gives you the option to delete. Delete the folder.
3. Now turn the phone off and remove the memory card
4. Turn the phone back on but leave the memory card out. Once the phone is on, do a soft reset by pressing the reset button on the phone. Let the phone start up again and turn it off again.
5. Put the memory card back into the phone and start the phone up again.
6. You can now click on Start then on Programs and there you will see the Samsung mobile icon. Click on it and install the application.
7. Follow all on-screen prompts and the application should run from there.
