Answer:
On your PC, Open Windows Mobile Device Center, Select 'Mobile Device Settings' > 'Connection Settings' > Deselect 'Allow USB Connections'.
On your handset, go to 'Programs' > 'Internet Sharing', set you connection to USB.
Connect the handset to the PC via USB and then select 'Connect' on the Mobile.
The device will the connect to the web and you should be able to access the Internet from your PC.
