Answer:
On your PC, Open Windows Mobile Device Center > Select MOBILE DEVICE SETTINGS > CONNECTION SETTINGS > Deselect ALLOW USB CONNECTIONS.
On your unit, go to PROGRAMS > INTERNET SHARING > set you connection to USB.
Connect the Unit to the PC via USB and then select CONNECT on the Mobile.
The device will the connect to the WEB and you should be able to access the internet from your PC.
