Occasionally, I get an error that reads "The message cannot be signed and/or encrypted" when I open the Messaging application. When I click "ok" on the top right corner, the Messaging screen content goes white and I cannot reply or read any messages.

Answer:
It would seem that the messages that you are being sent on occasion are being corrupted. These are more than likely Multimedia messages that are not being “delivered” correctly to you unit. This would more than likely be a network issue as the network handles the recoding of the messages between the different platforms and handset models. It is not impossible that the issue may be related to the unit, in which case we would recommend updating the software on the unit.
