Im a 1st time SAMSUNG product buyer :) I bought the SGH F300 which is really beautiful and amazing and it suits my needs quite fine except for one area.I tried setting up the radio feature the handset but for some reason I cant find any of my favourite radio stations.
I consulted the manual and also went on the net in search of some tricks i might have missed but nothing.
Could you please help if possible?

To get the settings for your new phone, call Samsung Support on 0860 726 786 and they should be able to send the settings to your phone. I had the same glitch after I got hold of the U700 but they sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Let us know how it goes.
Hi I recently bought a sgh-j750.But I caanot enjoy any of the features such as inter net usage google or even 3 G calls. Im on the vodacom network and cannot seem to activate internet usage on the phone. I have tried contacting vodacom customer care their response was that Samsung has not yet sent the sgh-j750 settings to them. This for me is a great Inconvineince. I love my phone, I want to use it please assist a sister!
I see your comment on using the Samsung i600 as a modem. What software do I have to install on the laptop to make this work? I have the original 'Getting Started Disk' but was not sure what to install from it. My laptop does not like too much clutter, so I would like to avoid installing everything on the disk.

I got samsung's f300 one month ago. But now i m so dissapointed with this phone. I can't play music from the music player, can't take photos, can't take videos, can't record voice, can't copy anything to phone's memory can anybody give solution for this problem.
- Silver coating peeling off - looks terrible!
- Camera failed occasionally and 'hangs' on orange symbol screen...Now in Jan it fails every time I try
- Samsung should not make these heat sensitive keys again - well at least not so close to each other and so sensitive...REALLY annoying.
and of course - agree - love Samsung but the D500 was a much better phone.

My name is Cindy from Cape Town. I know I have left this entry very very late but I have only recently discovered my special ability!
I was standing in a very well know department store checking out an outrageously good looking Samsung 32'' LCD TV. One of my favourite music videos were playing when the screen just went all snowy and everything around me became all blurred and out of focus. The next second an image shot onto the screen in crisp, clear Hi definition format. The beautiful screen was the only thing I could focus on as everything else around me was blurred and the sounds muted and muffled. I realised that the image I saw on the screen was familiar, it was a small alley near my apartment. I could see a young girl walking in my direction, whistling a Nelly Furtado tune, her quick footsteps echoing in the backdrop of the innocent, sweet sound escaping from her lips. The shot zoomed in, showing crisper and cleared detail, (as only a Samsung LCD TV would) and boom, the next thing I saw was a dark figure leap three, four, no, five meters up into the air right behind her. His shadow stretched up against the walls in the dim light. The yound girl saw the dark twisted shadows on the wall and shrieked in fear as it slowly started descending aiming straight at her. I could not make out what it was, not quite a man, not a giant spider, just a very dark and dangerous beast. The beast made the most spine chilling 'woossshhh' sound as he started descending straight in the direction of the girl. The sound completely over-powering her screams for help as she was running towards the end of the alley that runs into the street in which I live. In one swift move the dark beast was on top of her, neither making another sound. He stared straight down into the screen, his large green eyes lighting up in the dim alley lights. Now I was even more unsure what this dark beast was, a werewolf perhaps? Or maybe something not from this world at all... It felt like I was stood right there at the end of that alley staring the beast in the eyes, wanting to save the helpless little girl from his clutches. He gave me one more look in the eye and the beast lept into the air, girl in his claws, and disappeared over the rooftops...
"Cindy, Cindy!, CIndy!! Snap out of it babe." It was my boyfriend who was with me at the store. Apparently I had just completely 'spaced out' and got lost in my own little world, just stood there in front of the Samsung LCD TV looking like a complete zombie while the music videos played on. When I asked my boyfriend if he saw the whole scene that took place in the alley next door to my apartment on the screen he just laughed at me. "There were only music videos playing, nothing else. You need to get some more sleep at night, it really looks like you are beginning to see things" I dismissed the whole incident and figured I was just a big tired and had a bit of a daydream while staring at the very classy Samsung TV.
I walked home from the store that night taking the same route I always do, right past the alley. As I was approaching I could hear a young child whistling a tune, the second I realised it was the same Nelly Furtado tune in the scene earlier in the day a cold shiver ran down my spine. I ran towards the the alley and low and behold, it was the same girl I had seen on the Samsung LCD TV earlier that day. I yelled: "RUN! COME HERE, RUN! GET OUT OF THIS ALLEY NOW!" The girl got such a fright that she started sprinting in my direction instantly, her footsteps so quick that they echoed through the alley like a train. As she jumped into my waiting arms at the end of the alley I heard the most disturbing sound ever and my whole body froze over cold. It was the same 'woossshhh' sound, as I looked up I could see a dark beast, green eyes quickly glistening in the dim light disappear over the roof tops...
At first I was deeply disturbed. How could this be possible? Things like this only happen in the movies? I vowed never to watch TV again. Just in case it was the fact that I was watching TV that summoned this beast up from wherever he came from. I didn't turn the television on for more than a week and didn't look at any when I was in the shops, avoiding any screen as far as I could. Then I realised, this could be a very special talent, I could use it to help people... I made the decision, I would watch tv, and if I happened to have another vision I would act to the best of my abilities to help somebody if they needed help
I watched on my old TV at home for hours, nothing. I tried again and again...I started thinking that it might only had been a once off thing. I was doing some early Christmas shopping when I happened to be in the same department store where I had had the first vision. I walked over to the exact same SAMSUNG 32" LCD TV and it wasn't two minutes and I had another vision. This time, it was an old man's life I was able to save from the beast as I walked out of the shop. It was an incredible feeling being able to help someone like that.
As i tried experimenting with my awesome power it soon became clear to me that I could only have these visions of mine while watching TV on a SAMSUNG LCD TV, no other TV or screen works, nothing happens, but if I watch on a SAMSUNG LCD TV I have visions and I save lives. I am currently in bit of a bad spot since I have been banned from the department store for watching too much TV on their awesome SAMSUNG sets without buying anything from the store. The manager complained that I always look as if I am in another world when I blankly stare at the screen in amazement watching the same music videos over and over. If he only knew what I really see and what I achieve with the information gathered in my sessions at his store...Since being a HERO does not pay very well I can't get my own SAMSUNG 32" LCD TV and the fate of so many innocent people have been put into your hands. By letting me win you will be saving lives, who knows maybe even your own...Nobody is save from the mysterious dark beast that roams the night in search of innocent souls to take as his own.

My name is Stefan Marais and I have a very special ability. To be honest, one of the characters in the HEROES tv-series has been based on me and my ability. Isaac Mendez is almost an exact copy of what I can do. I sometimes pass out and when I wake back up I have drawn a picture (Not as nice as his to be honest), the events depicted in these pictures ALWAYS come true. Every time I have passed out in the last two months I have awoken to a picture of me winning or receiving a SAMSUNG LCD TV. At first I thought it is just because I think that all Samsung products are awesome and that was my mind's way of expressing that. It was only later that I learn't about your great competition and realized that I am destined to be the winner of your great prize. You wouldn't not want to reward me with the prize as the fate of the whole human race might depend on it since I know that if one of my visions don't come true I will never have another. This will mean I won't be able to act in advance to stop major catastrophes! You wouldn't want to do that to me (and yourself, would you?)
