I've gone through this phone's features and it's awesome. It has features like backup of sms text onto the phone as well card - nice one. It also comes with Garmin Maps which are always great to have. Unlike the F480, I can install games right from the card onto the phone. Samsung, you have scored big points in my book by making it easy instead of restricting the user.

My wife has just received a Samsung S5620 Monte on her upgrade. She gave her Samsung F480 to our son. Today she asked me if I can get her a new keybaord (software keybaord). On my Omnia I900 I'd downloaded a keyboard for myself . I do not need to install another one on my i8000 as the one the comes with the i8000 is awesomely great and big. I use the Qwerty keyboard. She would like the same on her S5620 instead of the something like a 20-keypad. Is this possible on the Monte?

If I click and hold "XT9" on my i8000, three option come up: 12 keypad, 20 keypad and Qwerty keyboard. The Monte S5620 uses something like the 20-keypad which you would use, for example, one key to select three or four letters from that button. The Qwerty key is quicker and better to use hence the fact she asked me to have the same as mine as she has used it several time on my I8000.

Samsung do you know if this is something the user could choose a "Qwerty" keybaord on the S5620? Is this available ?
