Congratulations to 3in1 for his entry featuring his Speed Freq character. His superpowered imagination has bagged him a snazzy Samsung 32" HD-ready TV.

A big Thank You to all who sent in their incredibly entertaining entries. I assure you that choosing a winner among them was a tough feat for the judges. We had to consult with many deities for answers. Not really but you get the idea :) Not to forget all those who left comments on their favourite entries. It's great to see that kind of support for these imaginative people.

The Samsung Heroes competition has now come to a close. A big Thank You to all who sent it their entries. You'll find that they are most amusing and will present quite a challenge to those responsible for choosing a winner. We'll announce the winner next week so look out for that.

I am 3in1: Speed Freq, The Rain Man, The Nos Fogger.

As you can see I have the power to Zoom. This was shot with a special high speed cam that can see bent-light. This should tell you on how fast i am. I can also control the weather: rain, fog and lightning. I am going to run circles round you Load Shedder and G-Man . But that's if you can see me. I am a Speed Freq.

My name is Gryfen Macfly, aka 'The G – Man'. My middle name is Dain-Jer, it's German. I walk the streets at night in search of damsels in distress or girls just looking for a hot date. I protect the neighborhood with my wild hyena calls in the early hours of the morning.

By day I am a Systems Network Account Campaign Assistant Information Advisor but at night I take on a completely different role, I become the eyes and ears of my community. I become 'The G – Man'. I am brave, bold and big and have the ability to do push ups with no hands. Some would call me a hero, some call me a schizo or the weirdo, but I do what I do because I can. I was blessed with these powerful abilities and skills. With great power comes great responsibility and The G – Man has to face danger head first or sometimes arms first to protect the innocent citizens of Pleasantville. Sleep with one eye open evil guys because I'll be watching you!!

Where it comes from here, I dont know.

Whether I count as a hero or not is also unknown. I can channel energy.Into my hands or anywhere else in my body.

This is very handy in a self defence situation but my use for this energy control goes further.I have discovered that it has incredible healing abilities.I have many people who have experienced my ability and whose lives are much better because of it.

I have discovered that I can move energy fields that block energy flow(chi) in peoples bodies.Healing hands I guess you would say.

My amazing abilities are, but not limited to, winning amazing prizes at will!

I can really enter and win any competition I like, and I'm sure this competition will be another example of my wonderful powers.

As I sat there, heart broken and a depressed man, I pondered what my
purpose in life was. Was I just a mere byproduct of a random chain of
events or was there something greater that guides my fate. Couldn't be,
fate cannot be so cruel but I am always proved wrong when I look at the
news. The anger grows inside me as I sit there wondering why? Why is
fate so cruel? Why does this have to happen to me? Why again do I have
to feel this way. Why does she have to be in my life.

The anger grows. It grows to a point where I want to burst. I turn my
head and stare out the window at the nearby car lot. I wondered if I
would feel better if I had the ability to destroy the nearest car to me.

My super power is that of the red head. It is an age old super power that very few possess. Like travellents in the dark we emerge-pale as day walkers and once we bite...there is no cure.

Most frightening of all is our camouflage...freckles are known to help hide one in the most dire of situations. Too bad the same cannot be said for, well....our bright orange hair.
